The 2025/2026 season starts next Saturday ,9th August with 8 Premier Division fixtures.
Newly promoted teams AFC Kesgrave and Saxmundham have both been drawn away from home, at Bacton and Whitton United respectively. Saxmundham have perhaps the more difficult game.
The league welcome two new clubs, Whitton United and their Res team, and Coldham Hall from Bury St Edmunds and we hope that they enjoy their football in the SIL.
Sadly two teams wont make the start of the season, Wickham Market Res and Ipswich Exiles Res have both withdrawn during this week, both struggling to sign enough players.
