Wickham Market Lift Morrison Freight Cup

Wickham Market  beat their lower division opponents Kirton Athletic in last nights Morrison Freight sponsored Bob Coleman Cup. Wickham came out on top following a penalty shoot out 5-3. After ninety minutes the scores were level at 1-1 with both goals coming in the first half. Kirton took the lead when a speculative 40yd shot caught the Wickham Keeper off his line and nestled in the back of the net. Wickham equalised following a goalmouth scramble.
