Introduction of queueing for WGS

As we indicated last week, we are continuing to work to improve WGS speed and performance so that you and your clubs get a better user experience.

On that basis on Friday 4th of September we introduced a queueing system to WGS. By limiting the number of concurrent users in WGS we were looking to increase speed times for those in the system. Whilst no one likes queueing it is clear that this application has had a positive effect on system speed over the past few days and average queuing times have been only 12 minutes with a maximum of 45 minutes. We will continue to monitor this mitigation throughout September and will review its deployment on a daily basis.
