Spirit of Grassroots Football Winner

Suffolk FA has announced that the Spirit of Grassroots Football Award has gone to Steve Carter, secretary of Bramford Road Old Boys. A former referee, Steve had to give up the whistle in 2014 owing  to a heart attack and took on a secretarial role instead and was described as an inspiration for all his hard work.
