Simon Borley, Bacton United ’89 Legend RIP

It is with deep regret I must inform you that today Bacton United ’89 said goodbye  to Simon Borley, one of their club legends.  Simon took over the job as secretary from Martin Feavearyear and held the position very capably  for  12 seasons .  As in any club with a willing helper, he did alot of non secretarial work too. He also played in over 500 games for the club and was still signed on as a player in case he got the call.

The League send their condolenes to his wife, Rachel and his young family.
