Results from games played on April 24th

Probably for the first time ever on a Saturday teams competed in four Suffolk County Cups on the same day. In the Senior Cup Halesworth Town, Trimley Red Devils and Bildeston Rangers fly the flag for the SIL into the last eight. In the Senior Reserve Cup Achilles Reserves, Claydon Reserves and Trimley Red Devils Reserves are into the quarter finals. Saxmundham Sports and Sporting 87 progressed in the Junior Cup and Bramford United are into the next round of the Primary Cup.

In the friendlies Somersham, Ufford Sports, and Crane Sports Reserves all hit 6. Claydon A and Laxfield scoring 5. Yesterday 27 games were played across the county in various friendly and cup action and with the good weather it appears the local supporters were to be out in the sun and pleased to be cheering their local side on.
