Results for Saturday May 8th

Congratulations to Bildeston Rangers on reaching the Suffolk Senior Cup Semi Finals. The other three teams are all from the Thurlow Nunn league. In the Suffolk Senior Reserve Cup we again have one team left and Trimley Red Devils will be representing the SIL in the last four. In the Suffolk Junior Cup we have two in the last four, Sporting 87 and Stowupland Falcons. And finally the Suffolk Primary Cup is at the last eight stage and Grundisburgh Reserves, Bramford United, Laxfield FC, Leiston A and the winners of Ipswich Exiles and Walsham Le Willows B giving the SIL five out of the eight left in matches to be played next weekend.

In the friendlies Claydon A topped the scoring with 8 followed by Thurston with 6. Most of the games looked tight affairs with four games ending up as draws.
