A number of clubs are now getting around to sorting out friendlies and sending in the required annual paperwork to Mary and myself.
All the required forms are due back by mid June at the latest but if clubs can send these in earlier it certainly helps the league. The Club information form for ground availability helps me with fixture arranging which is now in full swing, so far I have had about 25%of these forms back but the sooner you can send in this information the better please. Also I have already had two clubs request early season closed dates. If any other clubs know of dates they need to close then please let me know as it helps me when preparing fixtures.
A reminder that the AGM is on Thursday June 30th at Gresham’s starting at 7-30pm,
If you have any problems with forms or rule interpretation please let the league officers know so we can help sort things before the AGM.
A number of people have asked if the new format for Divisions is going ahead. The Management committee backs the decision made at the clubs meeting for change, but is subject to approval at the AGM. If approved we will have a Senior Division with 16 teams and six other divisions each with 14 teams.
