Information required to Fixture Secretary as soon as possible

Every Club was sent a request to return information concerning five questions about fixtures. This was sent out via email to all clubs and via notices on social media over a week ago, Replies are still expected from the remainder of the clubs amounting to around 50 teams. Could this be sent back to Alan Sparkes as soon as possible please.
