Early season information required from all clubs

To all Club Secretaries.

PLAYING AND HOME GROUND AVAILABILITY AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER 2021

After last night’s AGM I now need to know by Saturday July 3rd of any match days you are not available to play until September 25^th or any dates your home ground is not available to use until September 25^th.

Once I am aware of those availability dates, I may contact you to make alternative arrangements if I am struggling to give you another fixture.

If you are sharing a ground/pitch with another team in our league I will the arrange games for so you do not clash.

If you aware of any problematic dates when you cannot play, or your ground is unavailable after September please advise me early because I might be able to make it a free week for your team as in some divisions we have an odd number of teams.  Possibly save you having to make it a closed date.

Replies needed promptly so I can get fixtures organised onto Full Time which we as a league can start to enter data onto from early July for the new season. (2020-21 season officially ends 30^th June)

Your speedy response will help me get fixtures out for all to see and for the league to arrange Referees.

I am hoping to make fixtures live on Full Time for August 7^th by July 21^st and the remainder of August fixtures by July 28^th and then September’s fixtures by mid-August. Once we are past the early weeks of the season and the Suffolk FA cup dates are announced I hope to get a list until at least Christmas, subject to any cup changes that I am not aware of. Also our League Cups will be added into the fixture schedule once drawn on July 5^th.

A copy of this request will be put onto the SIL website so other members of your club can get information to the club secretary to help with a speedy reply.
