Another team withdraws

Today we have learnt that Needham Market Phoenix Reserves have withdrawn from the SIL. Division Six will now run with 12 teams. Full time has been adjusted with their fixtures removed.
As the new season starts today we have now lost six clubs since the AGM in June and it is hoped that players commit more to clubs and stop the worrying trend of clubs having to withdraw. It is so sad to see that many club officials who work so hard behind the scenes of these clubs only to see poor player commitment.
