ACTION TO TAKE IF YOU KNOW OR SUSPECT ANYONE IN YOUR CLUB IS SHOWING SYMTOMS OF COVID 19

Last weekend we sadly lost four games as players were waiting for Covid 19 tests or results from a test.

A lot of confusion surrounds what a club needs to do if they either suspect or are aware of someone in their group has Covid 19 symptoms.

Early contact with Keith Norton the Macron SIL Covid Officer is paramount so he can offer advice on what action is required, and advice will be offered if there is a need for games to be cancelled and to stop any mixing with personnel from within your own club and other clubs you would be playing against.

If a fixture is to be cancelled then please contact Macron SIL Fixture Secretary Alan Sparkes so arrangements can be made to call the game off.

Please do not ignore sharing any concerns with Keith and any officer within the league, and certainly do not leave it until late in the week or until match day itself if at all possible.

At all times clubs must follow government and FA guidelines and IF IN DOUBT ASK FOR ADVICE.
